One of the best schnitzel in FFM. Very good and very friendly service. A great outdoor area in summer. Always worth a visit.

Typical german guesthouse, with traditional food augmented by few dishes like risotto, some squids and fish soups. But the food is good, you can't make a mistake. The garden outside offers great open air dining, as it's in the middle if a big park/city forest. There are even few parking places available, if you are too lazy to stroll through the park are to get here. Highly recommended!

We were out and about with our MTBs in the Niddapark and accidentally discovered this chilled summer garden of the allotment garden association "Ginnheimer Wäldchen". It's a bit hidden and a real gem. Due to the corona pandemic, guests can order drinks and food at the window of the club restaurant from the very nice landlady. She calls the guest by name when what has been ordered can be picked up. We found it very original and fun. ? A practical solution! On the warm afternoon we ordered a chilli turkey salad and alcohol-free wheat beer. The food was of good quality and delicious, the wheat was very refreshing, so that we could start out strengthened to cycle along the idyllic Nidda.

Nice summer garden, very good food (5 stars for the food!), Delicious beer, even better apple. It would be nice if all dog owners would adhere to the leash requirement, because lifting legs from flowerpots and benches where guests are sitting is simply anti-social.

Great shop. This small inn is beautifully situated in the middle of the Volkspark. Many people come here by bike, on foot, with a dog or from the allotments. The price / performance ratio is very good. You get delicious food that is presented with attention to detail and good quality. At the moment you can sit outside on one of the numerous benches. We recommend.

A very beautifully located place on the edge of the BUGA site, where you can end the days very pleasantly now in summer. A real surprise for me was the kitchen, which is really excellent. The dishes we had are based on typical local ingredients, but varied very interestingly. Definitely worth a visit!

Delicious and homemade from good ingredients! A lot of organic and regional! The landlord takes care personally. Also worth a stop in Niddapark in winter. Nice outdoor area in summer. Dog friendly.

food was nice, tasted good and was well presented. the restaurant is a bit hidden inside the niddapark. would have given five stars but it has an extremely preachy and chatty owner who oozes his personal politics into your meal. otherwise reccomendable
